How to Book

The agency uses a professional cleaning service to clean after all guests, so you don't have to have to do a thing. The rental agency will collect 11.5% state and county lodging taxes on each rental.
Deposit is required to hold a reservation and must be made by Master card or Visa. The amount is 20% of the total reservation amount.
Booking fee is 5% of the rental rate and the cleaning fee is $225.00
Final payments are due 60 days prior to the beginning of the rental period and must be in the form of a check as per the rental agency agreement.
All payments, including credit cards deposits, will be processed through the rental agency
This is a non-smoking unit !
No pets are allowed per Association rules
