Every renter needs to fill out the renter information form found below under downloads and email to coquinabeach2c@gmail.com
The agency will collect 11.5% state and county lodging taxes on each rental, require a damage insurance fee, reservation fee, and linen fee totaling $205.00
Deposit is required to hold a reservation and must be made by Master card or Visa. Amount is 20% of the total reservation amount or $250 whichever is greater.
Final payments are due 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period and must be in the form of a check as per rental agency agreement.
All payments, including credit cards deposits, will be processed through the rental agency
All payments and refunds subject to rental agency policies.
